There are two types of staging - vacant staging and occupied staging.
With each type of staging, there are 3 parts to the process:
Our main goal is to develop a plan to showcase your home to all prospective buyers. A meeting will be scheduled with you to discuss your goals and expectations. The first contact point of a potential buyer seeing your property is on the internet and our job is to get your home ready for those important photographs. These pictures get buyers to put your house on the short list for viewing and once at your home, we need to create that lasting first impression.
Upon doing a walkthrough and assessment of your home with our "buyers' eyes", we will leave you with written recommendations, yours to choose from as to what you do. If you need more help we are here to get you through that part too.
Getting the recommendations done and the property ready to be put on the market can be quite a process. You choose how much of the recommendations you would like to do, working within your budget. If you need help getting the work done or just need some recommendations of trades, we can help you with any part of this phase.
The the actual staging of the property. Depending on your budget our team can make your home picture perfect and ready to make that lasting first impression.
We can provide help for the property owner from the very beginning of the selling process right through to the listing of the property and anything in between. Whatever it takes to get your property ready for market, we can help your property sell faster and for more money than a non staged property.
